The staff are very professional and helpful. the rooms are a nice size and brand-new with a stunning view. - the hotel offers a great selection of meals and the food is amazing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a private terrace, the bed was comfortable. Tried amazing cereal and pastries. Location: the hotel was just next door to the all the major attractions, and the two local markets.

The location basically in the center of everything was great for us. Had an enjoyable breakfast with granola, sweet cakes plus fresh coffee. We stayed for trip and would definitely come back there.

Location close enough to 'down town' Florence, Il Bargello during the day, and all the best sights. Reasonably large room with a large bathroom and it's own balcony and terrace. Food was great, staff was superbly friendly.

Convenient city center location, 2 min from Duomo. Perfect for exploring by foot or bike. Suzanne is an excellent receptionist, providing great recommendations. Room is small but functional for a short stay. Basic breakfast, but homemade cappuccino. Highly recommended for a central stay!

Our stay at Il Bargello was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the sights of Florence. The room was cozy and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed having a terrace where we could relax in the evenings. The breakfast was delicious, with a homemade cake every morning. The staff, especially Suzanne, was accommodating and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for our time in the city. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
